At Ember & Sol Wellness, we create space for women rebuilding after emotionally harmful or high-conflict relationships. The focus goes beyond healing from what happened, but understanding how it changed you.
This is where you reconnect with your body, rebuild trust with yourself, and remember who you've always been.

Our vision for Ember & Sol Wellness is to guide women back to themselves after high-conflict relationships that left them questioning their voice, their judgment, and their worth.
Through intentional spaces rooted in community, we support emotional, psychological, and identity rebuilding that happens after the relationship ends.
